Step 1 : Understand your liquid products and requirements ( 1 day )

There are many different liquid products. So we need to know your product features and your requirements for filling, discharging, packaging and transportation. So as to customize the suitable box in bag packaging for you.

Step 2 :Provide Bag in Box Solutions (1 day)

According to the previous understanding, we will provide the appropriate solution for you. Determine the dimensions of the bag and select the right film and valve.

Step 3 : Sample Making ( 3-7 days)

We will make samples according to the solution, and then send the samples to you for further confirmation.

Step 4: Payment (1 day )

After the samples are confirmed, we will send you the contract to confirm all the details. After the contract is confirmed by both parties, you need to arrange the deposit and send us the bank receipt slip.

Step 5 : Production (20-30 days)

After receiving the deposit, we will arrange to start production. During this period, we will keep you updated about production progress regularly.

Step 6 : Booking & Shipping (5 - 10days )

Before the production is about to be finished, we will arrange space booking and transportation to the port.

Courier Shipping

For samples and trial orders, we recommend courier shipping. In this way, you can receive them directly at the company for further testing. The timeliness of courier delivery is generally 7 ~ 10 days.

For the pillow shape bag in box, as the filling heads are different, the equipment needs to be replaced with a professional BIB filling machine.
For cheertainer and cubitainer, as they are cubic shapes similar to rigid containers, we just need to make some modifications to the filling machine. For example: add a holder device to fix them.
